Your protocol and health data — including compounds, doses, injection sites, inventory, weight, symptoms, check-ins, lab entries, progress photos, measurements, and templates — is stored locally on your device. Pinly does not sell data, does not show ads, and does not upload that data to Firebase, RevenueCat, or our servers.
On your device only: your protocols, dose and site history, schedules, vial inventory, body-weight entries (including any imported from Apple Health with your permission), symptoms, check-ins, manually entered lab results, progress photos and measurements, notes, and stack templates.
Firebase Authentication: a randomly generated anonymous account identifier. Pinly does not ask for or attach your name or email address.
Private Firebase account profile: the anonymous identifier, authentication type, platform, app version and build, account-created and last-seen timestamps, RevenueCat app-user identifier, and subscription details such as product, access status, subscription type, renewal status, expiration, lifetime access, and purchase environment. This profile is used for account access, purchase verification, restoration, and support. It does not contain your protocol or health records.
Firebase Analytics: analytics are enabled by default and can be disabled at any time in Settings → Privacy. When enabled, Firebase receives the anonymous identifier, limited product-interaction events such as onboarding progress, navigation, paywall actions, and share-button use, along with standard app/device metadata provided by the analytics SDK.
RevenueCat: the anonymous identifier, App Store product and transaction information, and entitlement status needed to sell and restore Pinly Pro. RevenueCat does not receive your protocol or health records from Pinly.
If you enable it, Pinly reads body-weight entries from Apple Health to chart your trend. This is read-only, happens on-device, and nothing is written back or transmitted.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. RevenueCat manages entitlement status using the same anonymous identifier and receives App Store product, transaction, and entitlement information. Pinly does not send RevenueCat your name, email address, protocol, or health records.
Pseudonymous usage analytics help us improve onboarding, navigation, sharing, and the purchase flow. Analytics are enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings → Privacy. Pinly's custom analytics events never include compound names, dose amounts, sites, weight, symptoms, labs, photos, templates, or notes.
You can edit or delete individual local records, export a doctor report or CSV files, and create a complete local backup from Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records where required for purchase restoration, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
